Returns & Refunds (Strict Policy)

Because we operate on a direct-to-consumer dropshipping model, our return policy is strict to keep costs low and provide you with the best prices.

• Defective Items Only: We only accept returns if the item arrived defective or damaged. We do NOT accept returns for "change of mind".
• 7-Day Window: You must contact us at shenyulingzhi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence of the defect.
• Return Shipping: If the defect is verified, we will cover the return shipping costs.
